Beyond third-party testing, these four sit in our own lab and every lot goes through them.

X-Ray Inspection See inside the package — lead frame and die compared without opening it. -
Optical Sorting Every part checked against its marking, then binned — not sampled. -
Material Analysis Element readings on plating and base metal expose re-marking and rework. -
Dedicated Lab Inspection is separated from stock: incoming, cleared and retained samples each have their own area.
